what does the warranty cover
The warranty for products manufactured by Lighting Technologies, LLC covers the entire luminaire, its housing, optical elements, power supplies, mounting hardware, and electrical connection components.
The warranty is valid provided that the luminaires are installed and operated by trained technical personnel and in accordance with the product data sheet.

what is not covered by the warranty
For lamp fixtures, the warranty does not cover lamps or fluorescent lamp starters.
Claims regarding changes in the color of painted surfaces and plastic parts of the fixtures during operation are not covered by the warranty.
A consumer's claim may be rejected for the following reasons: expiration of the warranty period, improper use, violation of installation instructions, inconsistency with the facts stated in the claim, or the lack of all necessary information regarding the claim.

The client who has submitted a claim guarantees compliance with the following requirements, aimed at promptly determining the cause of the claim and resolving it:
a. Poor quality or lack of packaging of samples submitted for examination.
b. Samples are not ready for shipment, despite prior agreement.
The client will compensate for the costs of any additional services provided by the courier company that are not related to a claim for products of MGK Lighting Technologies LLC.
When requesting an examination, in order to eliminate temporary inconvenience associated with the operation of luminaires at the facility during the examination, MGK Lighting Technologies LLC provides the opportunity to supply an additional number of luminaires (in exchange for the samples submitted for examination), subject to the availability of a letter of guarantee from the client with information on compensation of MGK Lighting Technologies LLC's costs, if the examination results in The problem may arise due to a violation of the installation or operating conditions of the lamps.

A photo of the production batch label located on the luminaire body and packaging box is required:

- Organize prompt access to the equipment with the provision of an escort.
- Lighting fixtures subject to inspection and repair directly on site must be dismantled. If it is impossible to dismantle the lighting fixture (for objective reasons), the representative of Lighting Technologies LLC must be provided with safe lifting equipment.
- To determine the basis for the claim, a limited number of samples may be requested for inspection. Lighting fixtures will be delivered for inspection at the expense of Lighting Technologies LLC via a courier contracted by the manufacturer. The client is obligated to provide the requested samples for inspection in accordance with the following procedure:
- Samples must be sent for inspection within 14 calendar days from the date of the request from Lighting Technologies LLC; otherwise, the company reserves the right to deny the claim.
- Samples must be sent for inspection in the original packaging or in packaging that guarantees protection against damage during transportation, with no external mechanical damage to the luminaire (unless such damage is described when filing the claim). A luminaire passport is welcome. Samples will not be accepted for examination if the following conditions are not met:
a. Poor quality or lack of packaging of samples submitted for examination.

replacement and repair conditions
If a warranty claim is confirmed, Lighting Technologies MGK LLC reserves the right to:
- Repair the product
- Or replace it with a product of the same or equivalent specifications manufactured by Lighting Technologies MGK LLC
- Or refund the purchase price of the product upon return.
